The fact that Matthew Lawrence is the star of this series honestly makes the show feel like a spin-off of Boy Meets World...that features stock footage from Denkou Choujin Gridman, Tim Curry as the voice of the villain, and a generic rock soundtrack to invoke a Power Rangers feel.
