I've been on the fence about that one. The interactive trailer included with Portal 2 was really cool, although seeing as I never cared much for E.T., I'm not sure if I'm going to like it; since it's compared to that often...

Anyway, just finished playing more Pokémon Crystal, so now I'm about to watch a new episode of AT4W

Super 8 is to E.T. what Cloverfield is to Godzilla. That is to say: they're nothing alike aside from superficial similarities (Super 8 and E.T.: Kids in small towns, evil military/government intervention, Cloverfield/Godzilla: A terrible creature destroys a city), and in each case, the former is FAR more horrifying than the latter.

Stand By Me meets The Goonies meets Cloverfield in the 1970s would probably be a closer, though still far from accurate, comparison.

I might have to go see it...or at the very least, wait for the DVD or BluRay to come out (Since I prefer to go to the theater with at least one other person, because that experience just isn't the same when I go by myself)

What's a Chunky's? The name has me thinking of the character from Donkey Kong 64, which is likely as far as you could possibly get from whatever it really is...

Anyway, one of my coworkers (Also my sister's father-in-law) burned me a mix CD of songs he wanted me to hear; which I'm listening to right now. Currently playing:

also, Chunky's is a local movie theater chain where instead of movie theater seats, they have oversized car seats on wheels for people to sit in, placed around long tables, where you can order proper food, all movie themed (the dessert section is called "the chamber of sweets"). ^^
