could you find out which one? having an opinion of something really changes my impression of it.

EDIT: guys, it seems to be a targeted thing. my sister's connection isn't affected, and neither is it here at my grandparents'. so if i were you, i'd rack up a new torrent or two to see if it's working; if not, they may have marked you with the black spot, meaning you'll need to get the VPN services if you want to survive. tbh though, it seems a bit safer these days just to go through the proxy. >>;
