Invading army? np, I'll make it leave with my unnatural amounts of NICE, LOVE AND PEACE.

Apparently a 'good' nice Queen ending is so hard that it unlocks an achievement. And yes my dad didn't die this time.

NejinOniwa

I thought my ending was pretty good though. Even got my lesbian magic tutor together with her girl and everything.

Installing this on Atera (AKA Crapsung the Tablet). One of the ups of an x86 Windows Tablet. :)

EDIT: Awww... It wont run. I got it from the first item in the torrent search on TPB, but it always crashes, even when ran in compatibility mode.... gonna try reinstalling.

Its running x86 Windows. It's not like they can tell. It's no different then a laptop, only no keyboard and a touchscreen.

if the hardware doesn't match, the software doesn't matter~

Dude(tte). No. Different. Than. Laptop. It's got (slightly above) netbook-level pc internals.

Ivy Bridge Atom Z2760 1.8GHz Dual Core CPU
2GB Ram
Intel GMA Integrated Graphics
Windows 8.1 x86 32bit

Minimum Game Requirements?
Windows 2000
1.2GHz
256MB Ram

Hardware more than matches.

It may be something about 8 though. However, if so, then Compatibility Mode should of worked. It may be that the engine it uses just refuses to work on 8.x (I've played other visual novels just fine on this, so i know it supports some visual novels...)

The only one on TPB that works reliably is the GOG one, the other one just constantly crashes.

NEVER use the word dudette again. it's a sin against nature. dude is unisex.

unless a program specifies that it is 8-compatible, I assume it's not. no matter how much you try to say otherwise, it's too different, even with the desktop shell.

Or as I'd put it; being a woman (or whatever else for that matter) doesn't make you any less of a man.

The GoG is the one you want, ye. As for compatibility issues my bet is on 8 fucking things up again. Which sadly is quite often the case with that OS...

as I said, it's too radical a shift for it to be *automagically* considered compatible. it's like assuming that a program made for 3.1 will be automatically compatible with 7. compatibility mode can only do so much, dude. it took me almost an hour once to get something from 95 to work on 7, and even with that it was glitchy. :\

Not necessarily. Even though 8 is radically different GUI wise, the backend as well as the desktop is basically like a more efficient Windows 7. Most software designed for seven supports windows 8. However, games like this are apparently built for windows 2000, and merely support or are compatible with Windows 7. So, essentially, if its built for seven, it works in 8, but if it "supports" 7, there's no guarantee it works in 8.

and I do know Compatibility Mode doesn't fix everything. I had one game that used an ancient media center codec once that refused to install. But for a visual novel like this one wouldn't think it'd be that drastically different in requirements between 8 & 7...

also, what gog link? The one I got was from "foxy games". Also, the demo crashes too.
