I always read it was "Yoko Littner".

I've always read it as Yoko, period, because Ritona/Littner/whatever else romanization of it you can come up with is just the village she's from, anyway. And really, unless you're a duke or something (or Ash Ketchum), that's not really a necessary part of your name...
