Ima not hating, I'm just worried someone will sic the feds on the guy driving an ice cream van and giving out freebies to people; he keeps it stocked, but he doesn't have the license to actually sell stuff from it. There right there is the pretty much sole reason that we have included in our driving tests an obligatory "Risk Course 2" which teaches us the dangers of slippery terrain. And how to Break For Moose. And what it feels like rolling over in a car. And most importantly, how your car looks like after smashing into a 500kg meat brick.

That is, not pretty at all. Thankfully the moose in the picture was bright enough not to try his luck on that game.
