Also, Cartman's face is significantly wider-looking than the others. So that may be a fat face by that drawing style.

It has ALOT of Chars,
Including
3.1-tan, 95-tan, 95-kun, Hacchan ,Secchan,98-Kun, Me-tan, 2k-tan, Saseko, Homeko, Komepo, Saba-chan, and Vistan (The kid ninja style) with Visdog (or longhorn or whatever that little thing is)
Two mech Suits (Higyopam and Hokkai-o)
Two versions of Simonkin ,A whole bunch of fake rozen dolls including two suiseisekis'. a few Maids, some chars that creep me out (like Munch, Abe and Taobuke which is basicly Mickey Mouse's head on some odd squid's body)) and a WHOLE bunch I'm forgetting.

3.1 has a unique play style.

The B button (whichever key it's asigned to on your keyboard/joystick)
Makes a normal Niji char do a grab, She drops Doskitty.
Pressing it again will make him do a series of slashes depending on how many times you push it.

The A button while in Dos's prescence will make her pick him up.

There's one super where he turns into a small Mech and fires a LAZOR that can only be used while she's holding him/her. (what gender is Doskitty anyway?)

The latest version is Version 30 (I think) .

For anyone who can't find the download.

Go down until you see "虹格ä½"é¨"版第30版"  That's the section for version 30

Under that you should see "虹格本ä½"＋ã,­ãƒ£ãƒ©" followed by some red text that says "256 MB"
Click on the "虹格本ä½"＋ã,­ãƒ£ãƒ©" that's the main part of niji.

Then Depending on wich format of music you want  Download

BGMãƒ'ッã,¯ï¼ˆMP3） 140 MB (Mp3 music folder)

BGMãƒ'ッã,¯ï¼ˆOGG） 131 MB(OGG music folder)

BGMãƒ'ッã,¯å·®åˆ†ï¼ˆMP3） 8.7 MB(Mp3 Difference Pack)

BGMãƒ'ッã,¯å·®åˆ†ï¼ˆOGG） 8.3 Mb (.Ogg difference pack)

(Niji's configuration is naturally set to Ogg, so if you just want the songs for the mugen just download the Ogg sound file)

Then unzip, put the sounds file in mugen's main directory and enjoy a really crazy meme-induced mugen game.
