The fun thing about that image is that the dots on the ä's are so close together they look like å's. Which would make it "Glådje på våg", a rather nonsensical and silly sentence...

"Glådje" means nothing, while "på våg" means "On wave/scales". "Glädje på väg", the actual sentence, means "Happiness on the way/road". "Nu lurar vi barn på deras veckopeng" is a cynical set of lyrics to the Hemglass tune, which means "Now we're fooling kids of their weekly allowance". Even though most of the time Hemglass has the kids fool the parents on their paychecks...
