Unfortunately, Rozen Maiden season one has been licensed by Geneon. Traumend (Season 2) and Overture (OVA) hasn't, so you can still watch those two.

The Henrietta figures are on the cheap end of the PVC figurine scale. 30-40 USD on eBay.

That chibi fugure, though, is exceedingly rare and can command prices of $100 and higher.
