this is pretty good, and it's done in 80's-90's anime style, which is likely the time period this would have been done. xD my only issue is the fight scene--the doctor usually uses his brain, not his fists, so that part seems inaccurate.
oh, and parts of it look like they were done in claymation (specifically the entrance of the cybermen). :\

Eh, how much the Doctor physically gets into it and how much he uses insanely awesome planning/out thinking skills varies from incarnation to incarnation; the Third Doctor especially was more of an action-y fellow as I recall.

I see the Brigadier in the secondary characters pub!  Yay!

The cavalcade of companions made me laugh out loud, I will freely admit.
