@stew: my grandma said that my mum's cousin in canada recently won the lottery to get a moose permit (her first time applying!), and ended up finding and killing a 900-lb moose within the first couple hours of the 3-day trip. :\ (the phrase "what do we do now" was said.)

that said, lunch/dinner was pasta with sauce, and ice cream. :3

I'm actually thinking of getting myself a hunting license - in part to load some moose home, but also to do my part getting rid of the fucking wild boars. Damn things are everywhere. Also, it'd be pretty damn badass in conversation...

Guy 1: "So guys, what're you up to this weekend?"

I had a spicy chicken sandwich. Mmm...

I cooked up some cream sauce of smoked red deer steak, dried mushrooms, lots of thyme and mushroom soy - added to a big mushy potato mash. My dad advised me not to put the stag into the sauce since it was smoked and thus already fully prepared to eat - bollocks, I said, and we got gorgeous delicious sauce for that. AUTUMN KITCHEN IS BESTEST KITCHEN!

For lunch, I had a roast beef & cheddar sandwich from Arby's. I wish they had one of those in my hometown, because their roast beef sandwiches are epic

For supper, I decided to try a McRib; just to see what the people on GameFAQs where obsessing over. Let's just say I'm not doing that again, and leave it at that >_<
