Oh, a meme! I love memes, fads and similar internet thingies... However, I didn't write that because I thought it was a typo... "Laser is not difficult." (sometimes with the ,ze part) is just a reference to the shmup (shoot 'em up) game series Touhou. (One of the characters says that.)
