Har har. Well, actually. Yes. Innovative and Revolutionary. The Menu is a GUI as well as a Command line. By hitting the right fuctions, or clicking the right things, you can manually type in directories, or files, or innitate a mini console at the cost of screen size. I was going to keep that strictly for developers and such.

The name of the OS-tan...Hrm... I would say that name works, but another name that I like is GHG-Tan which stands for GoldenHeartGanguro or if you want it towards the OS, GyrusHex-Tan o.o

I dunno,... GyrusHex-tan has a cool futuristic ring to it that fits all that Matrix-style green.  ^__^

GoldenHeartGanguro is sweet-sounding, but also reminds me a little of a Sailor Moon attack....

Actually. Yes. They are. X3
But those are the designs I am working for the default theme of the OS. I have two more programs on sketch. GIMME which is the IM client for the OS which can IM the 2 popular MSN and AIM as well as GIMME users, and its an Email client intergrated, so you dont need to use HTML pages.

Another program, called GHOST, which is a Server and Torrent client. The OS is incapable of normal online game installs. You need to download the game from GHOST to be able to play it. I mean you can buy the game to setup, but GHOST sets it up for you. Just to help control online gaming and such. Also, its similar to Xbox live. All online games for the OS, uses GHOST to control servers and connect gamers and computers. You have the ability to control what servers you have so you dont need to download updates for servers you dont need. o.o I would say more but ya know.

Oh, and are you using any other OS to build GHN on?  You know, how Linux had to be built on a machine running Minix before it was capable enough to run on its own?  

I am currently not coding it, I am still designing it, but I am doing it on XP Pro SP2. Yea. I know. X3. It wont be for long. XD

That's an ambitious project.  ;010 OS stuff is always interesting, there are quite a few custom ones out there these days. My friend likes Zeta (formerly BeOS). But that one's not officially free.

I myself am just getting to grips with Linux through Ubuntu, I've mostly been using Windows on my PC up until now. I used to do some simple OS enhancements for MS-DOS long long ways back, but I don't dabble in programming anymore.
