I used to work in the computer business as well a few years back.  Built and repaired computers and worked on customer support.   I preferred the former more than the latter though.

Was momentarily distracted by Asate no Houkou, a very beautiful and well-written series that features protaganists bearing uncanny resemblances to Henrietta and Claes (from Gunslinger Girl). Fortunately that was a short series. ^^
