That IS an iBook.

As you often say to me: "do eet~" :3

So, after getting stung by a wasp and nearly having my truck die on me during my epic trip back to that computer place, on top of not finding the ThinkPad I was looking at last time I was there, it looked like my trip was likely a dud; aside from finally getting some dead printers out of my room. However, little did I know what I was going to find instead...

First, I saw this sitting atop a TV as they where loading my stuff on a palette:
http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x283/The_Real_PentiumMMX/Timey%20wimey%20stuff/100_6102.jpg
Upon closer inspection, I saw it was boxes for Amiga software. Not all of them had their discs, but hey; I've never seen anything Amiga related in person. My initial thought was "Oh; Amiga games. Neat" and carried on...

...when I found these sticking out of a barrel filled with assorted papers:

My initial thought was "Oh; Amiga instructions. Neat", and carried on...

...When, in the same general area I found the ThinkPad I almost bought last time, I found these

My initial reaction to seeing this was something akin to "Sweet mother of Multics"; as I snatched them up, quickly snatched up the games and instruction books, and began to raid the place for anything else Amiga related. Sadly, no power supplies where found, and if there where any Kickstart disks or disks for some of the game boxes I had, they where lost in the sea of 3.5-inch floppy disks (A washing machine-sized box filled nearly to the top with floppy disks).

That was the biggest find, but I did leave with other stuff:

An N64 controller (Wire was cut, but the analog stick is in perfect shape; so I can use it for parts) with Wave Race for Game Boy. I stumbled onto these in a box while hunting for the Amiga power supply

A most unusual restore disc set of Mac OS X Leopard, which was given to me with everything else. The 2nd disc includes OS9 support files; which Leopard does not support at all, making me wonder why Apple chose to include it so somebody likely put the 2nd disc from Tiger in there accidentally (Thanks to Kriz for clearing that up). I may not have the hardware this disc is designed for (An iMac G5), but this would come in handy if I ever do buy one :3

Any thoughts?

Chocofreak13

nice finds, dude! *0*

the amigas are awesome. i hope you get them in working order. :3
the N64 controller reminds me of what i found earlier today: a bag filled with some of my PS2 supplies, though more PS2 controllers than i remember having, leading to me having 5 now, including the yu-gi-oh themed one i got for my birthday. :3
if you find an OS9 disk, can you bring it to me? :\

At Pentium's request, I'll be posting pics of my remodeled'd room.

First off, my light is now a white and red hybrid that makes the room glow slightly red.

Nanami sits on a wooden desk just as you enter the room, has harmon kardon speakers and a 23 inch monitor she can detach from, being a laptop.

On the other side of the entrance is my portable DS stuff, a glass table with one of my Metroid figurines and the bookshelf I just built today.
http://i803.photobucket.com/albums/yy312/CH0Z0/8a90dc93.jpg?t=1338586903

Top shelf is the serieis of Robotech on VHS with all of the original printed books and a couple figurines, the Veritech can transform and is made of metal, die cast and glass.

Second shelf is manga.

Third shelf is STAR TREK.

On the opposite wall is Cheetah and Mac on their glass desks.

The wires our hidden pretty much completely, Mac is near the window.

Beside them, but with a space for laptop bags inbetween them, is my new TV and tv stand with a lava lamp.

I'd keep the G5 on the floor, considering its size and weight.

Krizonar

Thanks, getting the wall painted black or red soonish.

I try to avoid putting anything on the floor, especially something I'd want to display. Plus, the glass desks are reinforced with steel, so it's well below their specified weight limits.

I SPIES A SUPER SMASH BROS~~~

Me too. I also see Super Metroid :3

Anyway, I feel it's time for a final wave of pics; clearing out the few pics I had on my camera before I pack it up

Now, this is what I call "fancy cola". BRB; going to drink it through the night

Here are the rice bowls I bought yesterday. There's no markings on the bottom, but hey; they're neat. Now, to clean them up and obtain chopsticks :3

What happens when an ancient OS meets a desktop made 20 years later? Pure awesomeness
No Virtualbox here; 2k-tan the Desktop is running MS-DOS 5.0 natively in those pics. I love having a USB floppy drive, at last

Lastly, this is what happens when I'm bored while waiting on my turn during Changeling. I stacked all of my d10s carefully (Including the confused one, on bottom), and took a picture of the dice pile xD

Cockleshell

That dice stack... Skills bro, skills.
What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's an oyster with two figures of your favorite Touhou characters. Look again, the figures are now vials of the Hourai Elixir. Anything is possible when your waifu smells like Old World and not a man. I'm a frog.

Chocofreak13

indeed. xD

now see if you can do it with d20s. :3
