oh wow. that's a BIG list.

i remember seeing a "what os-tan are you?" quiz somewhere....but it wasn't terribly good.....(quizmaker got lazy so all answers led to XP-tan.)

i think hosting a quiz on this site is a cute idea. and even if we couldn't host it here we could host it on quizilla and then link it here. :3

On-site hosting would require some manner of talking to Fedora-tan, to either ensure a working http/css script or an implementation of in-thread flash...

Neither of which we have at the moment. I don't think anyone but admins can change the "http allowed in thread" setting...Aurora?

I don't know how to do that as I don't have admin powers like that. Hahaha! I'm useless!

BTW, I think there should be multiple OS-tan quizzes, one for Windows-tans, one for Mac-tans, one for Linux-tans. Besides, it's much easier than making one massive quiz with THAT many results!

Yeah, that's what I proposed in the other thread too.

But ok, without fedora's help, it seems like there's no chance of getting the hosting to work on-site.
I could host it, maybe. Just need some script-ripping and remaking for things to function properly, but hell, I've gotta put that bandwidth to some use, at least!

i agree with you gusy tho, it's TOO huge to put in just one quiz....

hmm, we could start w/ a "which os are you?" quiz, to determine if person is mac, linux, or windows....or something else....

then direct person to proper quiz, to narrow down exactly WHICH mac, linux, windows, or other they are.

that sound good?

The "which OS are you" one seems a bit off, seeing as that's more tech-specific, and not os-tan-specific, but we could do that as well, I guess.

No it doesn't... it's actually easier to make multiple quizzes that have less answers than just one with so many answers that people will either not go through the whole quiz or just press buttons to see which combination gets them their preferred choice.
