in several comics i've seen he appears to be homeo's best friend.

He doesn't represent any OS but he's another character created by Futaba Channel. He is part sheep because "hitsuji" is Japanese for sheep. There's probably a pun in his name somewhere.

I don't know much about him aside from the fact he's friends with Homeo and has a crush on Inu-T.

The Neko-girl versions are way cuter, better-looking and much much awesomer though... not going to even think of choosing them over THAT... that's a no-no (for me)!
