I hate to extinguish this great feeling of forum discovery, but I've known that one could violate the avi size restrictions, for some time now. Pray tell, why haven't I posted a HUEG avatar? Same reason that I usually don't blatantly try to break the rules.

Yeah, I'm a Forum-Libertarian...but this is just freaking insane. Whatever happened to the honor system?

resized.. and to nejin.. the image seen here as my avatar.. it is pulled from myscreen shot of the shutdown thingy you posted somewhere on this forums about programs for animated themes etc.. and i thanked you on my post for show your desktop.. and my original question to you or anyone.. who may have that xp-tan shutdown/cancel/restart program that has the gif image of xp-tan in it

Oh. Well, sorry, I dunno. I got the program from some lurking around, but the only way you could get the image out (if it even is a .gif image, even) is to extract it from the source somehow - and I'm no programmer, so I dunno how to do that anyway.
